At Wise River, we like to think we’re a lot like you. We know you work hard during the week, and then unwind by getting out and doing what you love. These pursuits take us to incredible places… increasingly fragile, vulnerable places. As an outdoor lifestyle brand, we believe it is our responsibility to preserve what is most important to us. With this idea in mind, we have made it our mission to merge the notions of sustainability and versatility in all of the gear we create.
How We Do It:
We start by carefully selecting the world’s most innovative eco-friendly fabrics, based on their environmental impact and the natural performance features that they contain. Then, we cut them into classic, clean styles to keep you comfortable and looking sharp through all phases of your day. This approach enables you to get more out of your clothing, while ultimately lessening its impact on your surroundings. At Wise River, we’ve got you covered, no matter where your day takes you.

We’re fortunate to be able to call sunny Denver, Colorado our home. With the distinguished Rocky Mountains as our backdrop, we feel that the ethos of our products is captured through the distinct, but mutually rugged environments that we test them in.

Meet The Team
Nick SciubbaFounder & CEO
Nick is a 13 year veteran of the apparel industry, and has worked for some of the largest outfitters in the world.
As a gritty Supply Chain professional, Nick quickly realized that traditional industry practices were major contributors to pollution and detrimental to the environment.
As such, Nick set out to do things a different way.
Nick founded Wise River on the premise that Outdoor- inspired gear should be kind to the outdoors. He looks at Wise River as more than an apparel company, but a movement to spread awareness, inspire action, and build community based on the idea that your gear can be a vehicle for positive impact. Nick’s vision is ultimately that by blending the notions of sustainability and versatility into every Wise River product, you will be able to get more out of your clothing, while lessening its impact on your surroundings.

Andy Braker, Brand Director
Andy is an environmental planner, conservation writer, recreation enthusiast, and outdoor filmmaker living in Fort Collins, CO. He oversees all content management at Wise River and works closely Nick and Eric on seasonal assortment planning, pattern development, and product approvals.
